Member accounts are for the use of the registered member only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

When you submit content — such as profile details, messages, or grievances — you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant the AFLPU permission to use it to provide union services.

Documents made available to members (including the Constitution and Collective Bargaining Agreement) are provided for members’ use. They remain the property of the AFLPU and may not be redistributed without permission.

The website and its content are provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, the AFLPU makes no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the information on this site. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
